They say 'do what you love' and Wendy has certainly taken that to heart. As a Managing Partner and Broker for Urban Dwell Property Partners she shares an abundance of positive energy working with each client. Growing up in the midst of her family's' restaurants gave Wendy an appreciation of the diverse tastes of each patron. This transcends into her client-focused approach with property owners. She received her degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, and over the next 20 years developed a strong skill set in Accounting Management, Project Management and Residential Property Sales. On a daily basis, she meets with property owners to determine the right level of service for each property, and assists buyers and sellers with their property transactions.

Residential Sales Specialist Meghan comes to us from the Communication and Entertainment industry. Over her 10 years of experience in this field she has sharpened her skills in developing marketing strategies for clients and managing a wide variety of client relationships. She brings this client-focus experience to her Real Estate practice by meeting with clients to thoroughly understand expectations and objectives.
