I found a property on your website I am interested in leasing? How do I become a resident?
When you find a rental that Urban Dwell Property Partners is leasing, please contact us by phone at 206.905.8683 or email email@example.com to determine if the rental will suit your needs.
If you are interested based on our phone conversation and we have determined the initial qualifications, we will schedule a time for you to view the rental. Next, you must complete the application process, including the payment to process each application for all parties 18 years of age and older. We will then process each completed application to verify the information. If your residency is approved, you will be asked to remit a deposit to hold the unit and sign a lease contract. No unit will be held without a deposit. This deposit will be included as a portion of the first and last month's rent and security deposit required of all residents upon move in.
How long does the application process take?
The length of the application process is entirely up to you. If you have everything completed, we can move through the process very quickly.
How long are the leases?
Our rentals are one-year leases, unless otherwise noted.
When can I move in once the lease contract is signed and I gave you my deposit?
Generally, move in/out occurs around the first of the month, but if the rental is vacant, you may move in immediately. A representative of Urban Dwell Property Partners will perform a walk through with you and give you your keys upon move in. If you move in after the 1st of the month, we can prorate the rent for the number of days you occupy the residence.
Can I have a pet?
Pets are not allowed in Urban Dwell Property Partners rentals, unless noted. If you get a pet after you sign a lease contract without approval from Urban Dwell Property Partners, you will be subject to terminating your residency. If a property allows pets, you will be subject to a pet deposit.
Can I smoke in a rental?
All of Urban Dwell Property Partners rentals are smoke-free.
