Wendy Ulman

They say ‘do what you love’ and Wendy has certainly taken that to heart. As a Managing Partner and Broker for Urban Dwell Property Partners she shares an abundance of positive energy working with each client. Growing up in the midst of her family’s’ restaurants gave Wendy an appreciation of the diverse tastes of each patron. This transcends into her client-focused approach with property owners. She received her degree in Finance from Northern Arizona University, and over the next 25 years developed a strong skill set in Accounting Management, Project Management and Residential Property Sales. On a daily basis, she meets with property owners to determine the right level of service for each property, and assists buyers and sellers with their property transactions.
